The office is conveniently located on Metropolitan Avenue near the intersection with Fresh Pond Road in Middle Village, Queens, NY (See Neighborhood Map Below).
Mass Transit
The M Train: Get off at the Metropolitan Avenue stop. Make a left outside of the station and walk 4 blocks. We are on the right hand side of the street.
Bus: The Q54, Q67 and Q38 buses stop within 1 block of our facility on Metropolitan Ave. You can take any of these buses from the M Train stop. The Q39 and the Q58 stop on Fresh Pond Road, just two blocks from ProMet.
Driving Directions
From Long Island: Take the Long Island Expressway West to exit 19 and get off at 69th Street/ Grand Ave. Make a left at 69th Street and take it to Metropolitan Ave. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down.
From Manhattan (Midtown Tunnel): Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Maurice Avenue exit. Ride the service road to 69th Street. Make a right on 69th Street and take it down to Metropolitan Avenue. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down.
From Brooklyn: Take Metropolitan Avenue going east. We are located just after Fresh Pond Road on the left hand side. -OR- Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway East to the Maurice Avenue Exit. Ride the service road to 69th Street. Make a right on 69th Street and take it down to Metropolitan Avenue. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down.

The Q54 Bus: Get off at the Brevoort Street stop. Walk one block east on Metropolitan Avenue to 123rd Street.
The L.I.R.R.: Get off at the Kew Gardens station. Make a right onto Lefferts Blvd towards Metropolitan Ave. Make a left onto Metropolitan Ave. The office is located on the right hand side about 2 blocks down.

From Long Island: Take the Grand Central Parkway West to the Jackie Robinson Parkway West. Take exit 6 and get off at Metropolitan Avenue. Make a left at Metropolitan Avenue. We are located on the right hand side about 1 mile down. -OR- Take the Southern State Parkway West to the Van Wyck Expressway. Take the Van Wyck Expy North. Take exit 6 toward Jamaica Ave/Hillside Ave. Turn left at Hillside Avenue. Turn slight right onto Metropolitan Ave. The office is located on the left hand side about 4 blocks down.
From Manhattan (Midtown Tunnel): Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway East. Take exit 19 toward Woodhaven/Queens Blvd. Turn right onto Queens Blvd service road. Continue onto Kew Gardens Road. Turn right at Lefferts Boulevard. Turn left at Metropolitan Avenue. The office is located on the right hand side about 2 blocks down.
From Brooklyn: Take the Jackie Robinson Parkway East. Take the Metropolitan Ave exit and turn right at Metropolitan Ave. The office is located on the right hand side about 1 mile down.
