The Complete Baseball Conditioning Program (CBC)

In collaboration with: Modica Pitching

It is extremely important for a baseball player to condition properly for his or her sport.  The throwing motion puts a tremendous amount of stress on the shoulder and elbow that over time, can lead to serious injuries.  It is imperative for a thrower to have a strong, muscularly balanced shoulder and believe it or not physically powerful core and leg musculature. Weak legs and core muscles can put added stress on the shoulder during throwing.  With added stress, the shoulder and even the elbow can break down at an early age. The CBC is operated by our physical therapists and former minor league pitcher Greg Modica.  Greg has made a name for himself throughout the tri-state area as a independent pitching instructor.  His expertise in proper throwing mechanics and the advanced, baseball specific training methods that the operators of ProMet Physical Therapy bring to the table, make the Complete Baseball Conditioning Program live up to its name as the most thorough around for any ballplayer at any age level.
