Mass Transit |
|
The M Train: Get off at the Metropolitan Avenue stop. Make a left outside of the station and walk 4 blocks. We are on the right hand side of the street.
Bus: The Q54, Q67 and Q38 buses stop within 1 block of our facility on Metropolitan Ave. You can take any of these buses from the M Train stop. The Q39 and the Q58 stop on Fresh Pond Road, just two blocks from ProMet. |

Driving Directions |

From Long Island: Take the Long Island Expressway West to exit 19 and get off at 69th Street/ Grand Ave. Make a left at 69th Street and take it to Metropolitan Ave. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down.
From Manhattan (Midtown Tunnel): Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Maurice Avenue exit. Ride the service road to 69th Street. Make a right on 69th Street and take it down to Metropolitan Avenue. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down.
From Brooklyn: Take Metropolitan Avenue going east. We are located just after Fresh Pond Road on the left hand side. -OR- Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway East to the Maurice Avenue Exit. Ride the service road to 69th Street. Make a right on 69th Street and take it down to Metropolitan Avenue. Make a right on Metropolitan Ave. We are located on the right hand side approximately 4 blocks down. |
